Zhuolu High Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd. is a state nominated manufacturer that designs and produces B1/B2/B3/A1/C3/D1 level pressure vessels. We can produce 300 types of high pressure seamless gas cylinders, welded cylinders, accumulators, cryogenic cylinders, gas storage special containers, composite cylinders with steel liner (hoop-wrapped) and so forth. At present, the annual capacity rises up to 600,000pcs of seamless steel gas cylinders, 50,000pcs/sets of bladders and diaphragm accumulators, and 50,000 sets of breathers. We have advanced manufacturing equipment, complete testing equipment, strong technology and strict management system. The manufacturing processes and performance tests are carried out under the supervision of an authorized third party. According to customers' requirement, we can design and manufacture high pressure vessels as per GB, ASME, PED97/23/EC, JIS and EN standards.
We can supply all kinds of "Z. P(HRF)" brand CNG cylinders for vehicle, L. P. G cylinder for vehicle and composite cylinder with steel liner (hoop wrapped). Nominal service pressure ranges from 2.2MPa to 20MPa, and nominal water capacity ranges from 13L to 120L. The products completely fit ISO11439 gas cylinder - high pressure cylinders for the on-board of natural gas as fuel for automotive vehicles.
