VCI Anticorrosion Paper:
The PLASTEX anticorrosive wrapping and packing material is created by layers of polyethylene foil, polyamide mesh and sulphate paper, which is the carrier of evaporating corrosion inhibitor VCI.
PE foil protects the product from atmospheric moisture and mechanical damage to the packing. The active VCI substance sublimates and thus deposits itself on the metallic surface dissolves in the condensed water and this way prevents corrosion. The VCI method represents an active corrosion protection method of products.
PLASTEX is interwoven by fabric mesh, which guarantees its strength and resistance to damage. By combination of these properties, PLASTEX guarantees a simple and fast method of anticorrosive wrapping and packing and poses no health risks. It has a wide application in the metallurgical and engineering industries.
PLASTEX is produces rolls between 25 kg and 100 kg. Perfect anticorrosive environment is achieved by waterproof welding.
